• Fill out and submit the RMA Form.  We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number.

• All RMA numbers are valid for Ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA will be no approval for returns after 10 business days.

• Returned merchandise must be in the original box with all/any a companying software, drivers & accessories. A refund will not be made if there are missing items.

• All refunds are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.
